Job TitleTechnical Workforce Planning SpecialistDutiesYou will provide technical expertise on manpower, personnel, and training requirements, supporting project teams with workforce planning, resource decisions, and solutions that improve operational readiness and supportability.You will design and develop proposals, methods, and procedures for complex projects, applying human systems integration principles to improve supportability, training, maintainability, and overall project effectiveness.You will develop and review manpower and training plans, assess program requirements, and provide expert guidance to project teams on staffing, training resources, support needs, and the integration of required support elements.You will prepare statements of work and detailed requirements for training and support products, evaluate contractor proposals, and ensure deliverables address program objectives, training needs, and performance expectations.You will manage training products and events, assess training effectiveness, coordinate support with internal and external organizations, and ensure training resources are aligned with program requirements and workforce needs.You will research instructional technology and integration practices, participate in professional meetings and workshops, summarize findings, and present clear recommendations to leaders and project team members.
