HR Manager

As the HR Manager, you will serve as the lead HR partner for a growing manufacturing facility, working closely with site leadership to support business objectives and employee success. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines strategic HR partnership with operational execution. Description Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement workforce and talent strategies aligned with business goals. Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management. Drive workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives. Champion employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture programs. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Support recruiting and staffing strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition. Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. Coach and develop leaders on performance management, employee development, and best HR practices. Lead HR support for site growth, organizational transformation, and change management initiatives. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing work environment.
