Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $18-$20/hour

We're looking for an enthusiastic Claims Processor to join our team in Plymouth Meeting. No extensive claims background? No problem. This role is ideal for someone with administrative, customer service, healthcare, insurance, banking, or office experience who wants to build a professional career in the growing world of benefits and claims administration.

You'll learn how benefit plans work, investigate claims, review documentation, communicate with participants and providers, and become a key part of helping people access important benefits when they need them most.

What You'll Be Doing

Review and process benefit claims accurately and efficiently

Verify eligibility and coverage information

Investigate missing information and resolve discrepancies

Communicate with participants, providers, and employers regarding claim status and documentation

Enter and maintain information in our claims processing system

Learn how to interpret benefit plans and determine eligibility

Assist with claim adjustments, corrections, and follow-up activities

Work closely with teammates to solve problems and improve the customer experience

• Comfort using Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior insurance, healthcare, or claims experience

• Bilingual Spanish skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
