Importante empresa en el rubro de Manufactura Industrial y Ensamblaje Eléctrico requiere incorporar a su equipo un Ensambladores de Banca. El plantel se encuentra ubicado en zona de Quelepa, San Miguel. Requisitos Bachillerato completo o técnico en Electricidad, Ensamble, Manufactura o áreas afines. Destreza manual y atención al detalle para ensamble de arneses y cajas de desconexión. Capacidad de seguir instrucciones visuales de trabajo y secuencias estándar. Disposición para aprender múltiples estaciones y apoyar crecimiento de bancas. Capacidad física para trabajo de pie, repetitivo y manipulación de piezas. Responsabilidad para mantener trazabilidad, orden y calidad en la estación Perfil deseado Formación en ensamblaje industrial o cableado es deseable. Destreza manual, coordinación ojo-mano y capacidad para trabajos repetitivos de precisión. Lectura de instrucciones visuales, diagramas simples y listas de componentes. Conocimiento eléctrico o de cableado deseable. Experiencia previa en línea de ensamblaje, manufactura ligera o ensamble industrial deseable. Potencial de desarrollo para promoción interna a crimpado, ensamblaje o líneas automáticas. Responsabilidades Ensamblar manualmente arneses pre-crimpados y pre-moldeados en cajas de desconexión terminadas. Cargar componentes, organizar material, seguir secuencias de banca y verificar presencia de piezas. Realizar ensambles, fijaciones, inserciones, aprietes simples y verificaciones visuales según instrucción. Separar producto conforme, defectuoso o pendiente de inspección para evitar escapes. Registrar producción, defectos, faltantes y necesidades de material. Rotar o aprender estaciones de banca cuando sea autorizado para aumentar flexibilidad operativa. Mantener estación limpia, segura y organizada bajo prácticas 5S. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ltjgroup
