Second Cycle Of Dentistry Studies Manager

The second cycle of dentistry studies consists of 2 years, with an average of 210 students per year. The manager follows the students from DFASO1 to DFASO2. The UFR proposes 3 masters including 1 with several pathways, the agent ensures the registration missions of all the masters and the scientific secretariat of one master. Thus the manager knows the missions of the entire second cycle. - Current management of student registration, enrollments, management of student files, management of internship agreements, information.- Participation in the elaboration of the components of the academic year for the second cycle, pedagogical follow-up for mandatory courses and dissemination of information to the targeted public- Collaboration on the current management of student files with the international relations office, hospital services and the TICE team- Collaboration with the timetable service and transmission of zoom links.

Activities description- Preparation of the academic year start- Welcome of students and information- Follow-up of AFGSU modules and request for edition of certificates in collaboration with the transversal UEs reference- Preparation and participation in ECOS for DFASO2: In relation with the referring teacher and the examination officeo Calendar choiceo Preparation of roomso Reprography of subjectso Distribution of missions for each agent- Participation and follow-up of the appointment wishes campaign in the dentistry services via the Diosel software- Processing of M1 and M2 Health applications- Management and pedagogical follow-up of the year (Mandatory courses)- Management of the schedule of rooms and zoom links- General activity of the service:o Edition of grade reportso Current organization operations (digitization, filing, archiving, etc.)o Updating of internal and external databaseso Participation in electoral operations of the componento List of non-exhaustive missions, other activities could be added
