About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President for Revenue Cycle to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing strategic leadership and direction to the revenue cycle team, overseeing all aspects of revenue cycle operations, and developing and implementing strategies to optimize revenue, reduce denials, and improve days outstanding. This role requires a dynamic and innovative individual with a proven track record in revenue optimization within a multi-specialty, multi-hospital, and outpatient healthcare environment. The EVP will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborating with executive and clinical leaders to align revenue cycle operations with organizational goals. Applicants for the Executive Vice President, Revenue Cycle position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and have a minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations. The role demands a leader with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical business practices. Responsibilities also include monitoring key revenue cycle metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary, and leading the design and implementation of workflows to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle process.
