Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings/appointments and calendar management
- Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with the logistics of events
- Review/Type documents
- Purchase office supplies, filing, and general office duties
- Provide ad hoc support to team members and office staff as neededAssist in uploading content to the digital company newsletter
- Maintain company database of clients, vendors, and Outlook contacts
Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred
- 2+ years of admin assistant experience
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to work with high-level stakeholders
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
