Revenue Operations and Monetization Analyst We are seeking a strategic and data‑driven digital campaign trader who is responsible for the execution of optimizations for digital campaigns assigned to them. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital campaign management, reads performance analytics, and translates insights into high‑impact campaign strategies. Position Duties A digital programmatic trader is responsible for managing and optimizing online ad campaigns using our proprietary automated bidding platform (SDP) known as PRISM to ensure maximum performance and return on investment (ROI) for clients. Monitor day‑to‑day programmatic buys across various channels, including connected TV (CTV), display, video, and audio. Track campaign performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make data‑driven decisions to optimize bid strategies, client ROI, ad frequency, and delivery. Proactively identify and resolve campaign setup and performance issues and work alongside ad ops counterparts to ensure campaigns deliver smoothly. Use tools like Excel and Power BI to organize, consolidate, and interpret large datasets. Apply a systematic approach to problem‑solving and troubleshoot issues in a fast‑paced environment. Communicate complex data insights and strategies to diverse internal members with varying titles and experiences. Maintain strong soft skills such as attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Requirements 1+ year of experience in programmatic trading or campaign management in the advertising/online media space (video ad experience is a strong plus). Highly analytical mindset with a focus on profit margins and campaign delivery. Passion for the work and client satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Teamwork and interpersonal skills; trustworthy and dependable. Excellent attention to detail and ability to set high standards. Ability to become a product expert in programmatic buying. Experience working with customers to develop achievable campaign goals. Willingness to learn new technical skills, such as using an API to automate campaigns. Eagerness for career progression in AdTech. Creative thinking and research/problem‑solving skills.
