Director, Proposal Quality & Strategy (Medicaid)

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Proposal Quality to lead the enterprise-quality strategy across the Medicaid proposal lifecycle. You will align writing, capture, and proposal development with health-plan leadership to drive compliant, compelling, and competitive submissions. The role requires 8+ years in proposal-related fields, Medicaid proposal track record, and 2+ years of leadership. Strong knowledge of APMP and Shipley is preferred.
