This opportunity is for a Night Pharmacist position at a well-established medical center serving a community with approximately 100 beds. The role is based in Cottonwood, AZ, and operates under a 7-on, 7-off night schedule from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, making it ideal for professionals seeking consistent overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct order verification to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and oversight
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to consult on medication therapies
• Manage pharmacokinetics and monitor therapeutic drug levels
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and medication management

Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Pharmacist license is required
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred, particularly in a similar clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations, medication safety, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare teams during the night shift
