This senior marketing leadership role is ideal for a hands‑on marketing leader with expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, brand loyalty and growth strategy, and data‑driven decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership & Brand Management Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing and branding strategies aligned with business objectives and long‑term growth goals. Own brand strategy, brand positioning, brand messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all brands, channels, and platforms. Lead marketing planning, campaign execution, and go‑to‑market strategies to increase market presence and brand awareness. Partner with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to align marketing strategy with product offerings and organizational priorities. Collaborate with senior leadership and executive teams on enterprise‑wide initiatives that drive brand equity, innovation, and revenue growth. Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Provide strategic leadership and oversight for marketing teams, fostering accountability, creativity, and high performance. Set clear marketing goals, KPIs, priorities, and performance expectations for teams and direct reports. Lead cross‑functional collaboration to deliver cohesive, customer‑focused marketing initiatives that support overall business objectives. Marketing Performance, Analytics & Business Impact Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs, analytics, and performance metrics. Use marketing analytics and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI). Deliver regular marketing performance reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership. Lead initiatives that support brand growth, customer loyalty, profitability, and revenue growth. Qualifications Experience in a marketing leadership role, such as marketing director or senior marketing manager Proven success in marketing strategy and execution, including integrated marketing campaigns, brand management, and growth strategy. Strong background in data‑driven marketing, performance optimization, and cross‑functional leadership.
