Responsibilities: • Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork • Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding items • Check all loan package documents for complete accuracy and submit any discrepancies to the loan officer/ loan originator • Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service • Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed • Responsible for meeting and connecting with clients on a daily basis to help them qualify for financing the purchase of a home. • Powered by one of the most robust CRM's in the real estate industry. • Have the ability to work closely with prospective clients and then hand it off to your assistant for gathering documentation to process the loan. • Direct access to underwriting to help clients get approved for financing. Qualifications: • Having an NMLS license is not required, but is preferred • Advanced comprehension of loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. • MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred • Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Preferably 5+ years of experience in a professional office or mortgage environment as a mortgage loan officer assistant or similar position • MUST have your NMLS license. Compensation: $120,000+ at plan earnings with $40,000 base

Compensation:
$40,000-$120,000 per year
