Job Description Provide on-site HR support to employees: Onboarding new hires and completing all appropriate paperwork: Including DACS and E-Verify Ensuring all new hires complete New Hire Orientation Assisting employees with work related injuries and workers comp claim reporting Ensuring required annual/semiannual trainings are being held and tracked Assisting with disciplinary action Data Integrity: Keeping a complete and accurate employee list Correcting missed punches Ensuring PTO requests are in Signing off on time clock accuracy for payroll Insurance: Distributing benefit booklets to eligible new hires Assist employees with enrolling through UKG Answer basic questions regarding the plans Submit to Corporate for enrollment, deduction set-up, etc. as needed Termination process Benefits Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefits Employer-matching 401k retirement program Up to 16 days' paid time off per year Company paid Life Insurance Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Two years' human resources or customer service experience Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred Ability to read, speak, and understand English #J-18808-Ljbffr
