Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Job Description Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing middle-market accounts, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. The successful candidate will work in-office for the first six months, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule. Compensation Package Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience Comprehensive Benefits Package Responsibilities Manage a book of business valued at $2 million+ with a focus on middle-market accounts. Handle renewals (90%) and assist producers with new business marketing (10%). Process Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, and other policy-related tasks. Collaborate with producers to market new business opportunities. Utilize the Epic software system for account management. Coordinate with Patra for outsourced administrative tasks. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients. Resolve conflicts and manage high-stress situations effectively. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role; experience with Epic software is preferred. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction or generalist accounts in the middle-market segment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in quoting, renewals, and marketing insurance policies. Soft Skills: Timeliness, personable demeanor, conflict resolution, and ability to thrive under pressure.
