Impactful Recovery Peer Support Specialist

AccessCNY, Inc. is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to work with Unique Peerspectives in Syracuse, NY. The role supports participants in their recovery journey, using lived experience to encourage progress and resilience.
You will provide recovery services under the Program Manager, develop recovery/service plans with participants, document progress, and connect individuals with community resources while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to agency policies.
