We are a high-end, technology-driven dental practice with a fully integrated in-house digital lab. Our lab supports advanced restorative and implant cases, including full-arch and aesthetic dentistry.

We are looking for a motivated Dental Laboratory Technician to join our growing team and work alongside our in-house designer/ceramist. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on lab experience and wants to be part of a modern, digitally focused clinical environment.

What Youll Be Doing

Assisting in fabrication and finishing of crowns, bridges, and implant restorations
Staining and glazing zirconia and ceramic restorations
Support with 3D printing workflows (models, provisionals, surgical guides)
Milling workflow assistance (nesting, loading/unloading, finishing)
Fabrication of retainers, nightguards, and removable appliances
Quality control and case preparation prior to delivery
Organizing lab workflow and maintaining equipment and materials

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a dental laboratory (required)
Experience with staining/glazing preferred
Familiarity with digital dentistry (3D printing, milling, scanners) is a strong plus
Detail-oriented with high aesthetic standards
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow within a digital workflow
