Duties

Help

As a(n) ,upervisory Logistics Management Specialist , you will:

• Plan, direct, and manage assigned logistics operations programs to supply customers with quality, timely, and reliable products and support services.
• Identify requirements for funding, human resources, materiel, facilities, and services needed to support the program and ensures resources are available.
• Developing annual operating plans establishing revenue targets, overhead expenses, and cost recovery goals for accountable property management and logistics operations.
• Provide leadership in support of agency activities and maintains liaison with SCMS customers to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Perform Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) duties, including contract planning, cost analysis, technical oversight, quality assurance, and acceptance of contractor work.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications : You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:

• Directing logistics, accountable property, inventory, and supply chain operations, including oversight of accountable property systems and development, implementation, and enforcement of accountable property policy
• Managing multimillion-dollar programs, budgets, contracts, and workforce resources.
• Developing logistics policies, SOPs, performance metrics, and compliance programs to improve operational effectiveness, accountability, and cost recovery.
• Leading strategic initiatives, interagency agreements, resource planning, and customer support programs.
