Strategic HR Director: Public Sector & Labor Relations
King County, WA
King County District Court is seeking a Human Resources Director with strategic leadership to manage HR service delivery and labor relations across the organization. The role reports to the CAO and DCAO, supervising HR staff and advising judicial officers and employees. The incumbent will lead negotiations on labor contracts, drive policy development, and ensure regulatory compliance, including training and personnel policy updates across the court system. #J-18808-Ljbffr King County, WA
