Junior Account Executive
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the Account Executive department, the full-time Junior Account Executive will manage client communications, resolve ticket issues, and assist with pledge errors in a remote setting, while progressing towards becoming a full Account Executive within 3 to 6 months. Key responsibilities Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while acting as a liaison between clients and operations staff Conduct regular status meetings with clients and ensure timely responses to emails and JIRA tickets Proactively monitor account health and address client concerns before they escalate Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in a related field or equivalent experience One to two years of related experience or equivalent Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proven ability to cultivate positive professional relationships across departments
