Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor – Asset Living Join Asset Living as a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations in our multifamily and single‑family communities across the United States. Our culture emphasizes collaboration, diversity, and continuous improvement with the motto “Together We Lead, Together We Succeed.” Key Responsibilities Supervise maintenance staff and vendors, ensuring quality, timeliness, and safety. Respond to resident, management and service requests and oversee work order completion. Maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage maintenance supplies and budgets. Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify and correct hazardous conditions. Document service requests, preventative maintenance, and EPA/OSHA records accurately. Schedule staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching. Ensure excellent customer service, resolving resident concerns promptly. Participate in on‑call emergency rotations and property inspections as required. Education & Experience High‑school diploma or equivalent. EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC certification desirable. Proficiency with on‑site software and basic computer skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements Regularly lift, move, and operate equipment up to 100 lb. Work in confined spaces, climb stairs, ladders, or porches. Operate machinery, power tools, and golf carts. Remain on‑call for weekend and night emergencies. License / Equipment Reliable transportation for on‑call duties. Compensation Salary range: $32 per hour to $34 per hour.
