Atlantic Medical Group has multiple openings for Multi‑Specialty, Primary Care, and Pulmonology – Full time and Per diem. Responsibilities The Certified Medical Assistant I (CMA) will perform clinical as well as administrative tasks including, but not limited to: Managing patient flow and rooming patients Taking vital signs, medication reconciliation, maintaining/prepping exam rooms, and other duties typical of a CMA in a physician practice Medication administration under the supervision of the clinician EKG or daily phlebotomy may be necessary depending on specialty Shift Requirement Hours are Monday - Friday for Specialty Practice or Monday - Friday Must be willing to travel between offices, reliable transportation Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED National Certification CCMA from: NHA, AAMA, NAHP, ARMA, AMT, AMCA, or NCCT Preferred: Post externship physician practice experience preferred Prior EMR physician practice experience a plus Experience with EPIC a plus Preferred Emergency Department experience BLS DOT Drug Collector Certification Preferred Breath Alcohol Technician Certification Preferred About Us Atlantic Medical Group is a physician‑led and physician‑governed organization that delivers the highest quality health care, at the right place, the right price, and the right time.
