As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and sometimes at their place of business. You will be working to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long term clients.ResponsibilitiesWork with current and prospective customers, and be the first point of contact for walk-in, e-mail and telephone customersProvide exemplary customer service and build long-lasting relationships by embracing our core principles of being Quick, Clear, and Kind. Responding promptly to customer inquiries, communicating clearly to ensure understanding, and treating every interaction with kindness to create a positive customer experience.Give signage and design recommendations, prepare estimates, communicate with customers on order status and project completionExecute a variety of marketing functions, and maintain an attractive retail environmentHelp as needed with reports, required paperwork, and shippingEnjoy being involved in daily team meetings, and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS CenterTypical Physical DemandsAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlinesAbility to stand for long periods of time.Ability to lift 25 or more pounds.Present and maintain a good driving record.Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate when needed.QualificationsOutgoing, responsive, eager to learn and with a desire to succeedGreat verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience in resolving customer satisfaction issuesProficient with computer and internet skills, including Microsoft OfficeBasic Math Skills2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefitsCompetitive Base Salary + Commissions + BonusesPaid Vacation and HolidaysFormal Ongoing TrainingOutside Sales Certification ProgramDental and Vision Program available401K benefitsCreative work environmentTeam CultureMonday-Friday 8AM-5PMDo you enjoy working with people?
