Mortgage Home Loan Phone Representative

This role is remote after the initial training of 1 week.

Seeking a Mortgage Home Loan Direct Center Phone Representative to make outbound calls to existing and potential customers, discuss current loans, identify future financing needs, and generate qualified referrals for mortgage products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to customers and prospects
• Discuss mortgage products and financing options
• Generate qualified referrals for Mortgage Loan Officers
• Build customer relationships using effective sales techniques
• Meet production and conversion goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
• Deliver excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience in customer service, sales, banking, or related field
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage outbound call volume efficiently
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year of sales-related experience
• Mortgage or financial services exposure is a plus
