Personal Lines Account Manager

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients
• Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and premium payments accurately
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and answer coverage questions
• Present policy options and recommend additional coverage based on individual needs
• Educate clients on new insurance products and services
• Build lasting client relationships to promote retention and loyalty
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

• Active P&C License or willing to acquire within quickly. xhyhwjd
• Minimum of 2 years of insurance agency experience
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated while also thriving in a collaborative team setting
• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000–$65,000 , depending on experience
