Development & Communications Coordinator (826M) ABOUT THE POSITION Under the direction of the Director of Development, the 826michigan Development & Communications Coordinator supports the organization’s development strategy including grants management, communications, special events, and stewardship activities. The Coordinator is also responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and communicate our message to various constituents. This position requires a self‑motivated, creative, highly organized individual who has an appreciation for diverse perspectives. The person in this role will need the ability to navigate tasks ranging from gift entry and maintenance of data‑heavy spreadsheets, event support, communications strategy, and ad‑hoc research projects in support of grant writing.
