Clinical Affairs Manager

Aerogen

Account Manager – Central Territory (Chicago, IL; Louisville, KY; Albuquerque, NM; El Paso, TX) The Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within their designated territory. This role involves managing the entire sales process, including customer engagement, quoting, order processing, product shipment, training clinical staff and distributors, supporting Aerogen distributors, launching new products in collaboration with the Marketing team, building strong relationships with physicians and clinicians, employing strategic selling skills, and proactively creating sales opportunities. Additionally, the Account Manager is expected to conduct peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and handle other tasks as requested by their manager. Associate Clinical Educator, Southeast France Department: Commercial-EMEA Location: France As an Associate Clinical Educator, you will deliver clinical education that enables healthcare professionals to use Aerogen technologies safely and effectively across the Aerogen product portfolio. Working within your assigned region, you will collaborate with Account or Territory Managers and the wider commercial team to deliver clinical education that enables the implementation and integration of Aerogen therapies within hospital departments. Through education and clinical engagement, you will help clinicians build confidence in using Aerogen technology within everyday clinical practice. The Associate Clinical Educator builds the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to independently deliver clinical education and enable the adoption of Aerogen therapies in clinical practice. Clinical and Sales Specialist, Argentina (Buenos Aires) Location: Argentina The Clinical and Commercial Sales Specialist plays a key role in driving Aerogen’s commercial success in Argentina, with a primary focus on the Buenos Aires region. This position integrates sales activities, clinical support, and strategic planning to strengthen relationships with current customers, identify and develop new business opportunities, and deliver clinical training. The Specialist collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, while also managing and supporting partnerships with distributors. Contracts and Pricing Coordinator – US & Canada The Contracts and Pricing Coordinator is responsible for contract administration and pricing operations for the United States and Canada. Country Sales Manager, Mexico Responsible for driving Aerogen's commercial and clinical performance in Mexico. This role combines strategic planning, sales leadership, and clinical expertise to develop a strong market presence for Aerogen. Country Sales Manager, Brazil Responsible for driving Aerogen's commercial and clinical performance in the Brazilian territory. This role combines strategic planning, sales leadership, and clinical expertise to develop a strong market presence for Aerogen. EHS Graduate Play a key supporting role within the Environmental, Health & Safety function, contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS systems across the organisation. Provide direct support to the wider EHS Team, coordinate EHS administration, support risk management activities, facilitate training, and contribute to site‑level and global EHS initiatives. Global Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager Department: Finance Location: Ireland – Galway Lead our high‑performing Financial Planning & Analysis team, report to the Head of Finance, and partner closely with Senior Business Leaders and other Finance colleagues to strengthen financial discipline, deliver high‑impact insight, and support strategic decision making across the organisation. IT Technical Support – Global IT Support Team Provide high‑quality first‑level IT technical support as part of Aerogen’s global IT support team. Based primarily at Aerogen's global headquarters, offer hands‑on local IT assistance while supporting the company's commercial teams and users across multiple regions worldwide. Inside Sales Representative Responsible for inside sales and support of Aerogen products within the assigned region. Key Account Manager – India Reporting to the Commercial Director, responsible for Aerogen’s revenue growth targets through optimization and business management of strategic partnerships with key Indian private hospital groups, private EMS services, and the military/public teaching hospitals. Build and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership go‑to‑market plan, build and own strong customer relationship management, and collaborate with distribution partners and key healthcare professionals. Maintenance Technician – Shift (9‑Month FTC) Location: Ireland – Parkmore Responsible for developing and implementing efficient production processes that deliver consistent quality and maximise production volume. Analyze and troubleshoot existing processes, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize production and meet business goals. Marketing Manager – Aerogen Brand Awareness Responsible for developing and driving Aerogen brand awareness strategy and generating leads that lead to broad adoption and utilisation of Aerogen technology within the region. Report to the Commercial Director/Senior Marketing Manager and work in strong partnership with sales leadership, global marketing, clinical education manager, medical affairs, global cross‑functional partners and third‑party vendors. Office Manager Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations while providing administrative and executive support to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. Act as a central point of coordination for office administration, meeting and event logistics, vendor management, facilities coordination, employee and visitor support, shipping and receiving, onboarding and exit logistics, and selected transactional finance activities. Procurement Manager – Drug and Device/Drug Combination Products Strategically focused role within Procurement & Supply Chain, responsible for developing and executing sourcing and supplier strategies for pharmaceutical products, including device‑drug combination categories. Partner closely with Technical, Quality, Supply Chain, and internal/external consultants to translate regulatory and product requirements into resilient, compliant, and cost‑effective supply chain solutions. Regional Marketing Specialist – MEA & Turkey Department: Commercial-EMEA Location: KSA Responsible for creating Aerogen brand awareness strategy and generating leads that lead to broad adoption and utilisation of Aerogen technology within the region. Work in strong partnership with sales leadership, marketing, medical affairs, global cross‑functional partners, and third‑party vendors. Regional People Operations Lead – EMEA & APAC Department: People & Organisational Development Location: Ireland – Galway Play a key role in delivering Aerogen’s People strategy by building scalable People Operations practices across multiple regions. Work within the People Operations team and partner closely with People Business Partners and Business Leaders to build an Aerogen people strategy that ensures compliance across jurisdictions and continues to improve the employee experience. Senior Director of Quality Assurance Responsible for development and maintenance of quality business strategy and quality management system compliant with FDA drugs, biologics and combination products, with awareness of ISO 13485. Lead an internal QA organization of 3‑4 individuals and strategic consultants; direct development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems and activities. Provide signatory authority from quality for control documentation and final product disposition; oversee investigations and resolution of product quality and compliance issues; manage clinical quality assurance (GCP) and support Aerogen Pharma's research and development programmes. Senior Manager, Global Regulatory Affairs – Aerogen Pharma Department: Pharmaceutical Location: USA Operating in a fast‑moving, small‑company environment, help shape the regulatory path for a biologic‑device combination product while driving critical day‑to‑day deliverables that keep clinical development moving. Work closely with leadership to define practical regulatory plans and personally help deliver the documents, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination needed to execute them. Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Play a key role in the design, development, and verification of Aerogen’s aerosol drug delivery products across hospital, homecare, and emergency care settings. Directly impact patient outcomes by developing high‑performance medical technologies. Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Japan Ensure the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices by engaging with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners. Shape Aerogen’s medical strategy, support evidence generation, and contribute to educational and scientific exchange activities. Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II – Strategic Regulatory Department: QA/RA Location: Ireland – Galway Work as part of Aerogen's Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs team and establish and execute regulatory strategies for the organization, focusing on late‑stage product development for AeroFact, a biologic/device combination product, including BLA submission, analytical methods, product characterization, aerosol characterization, and stability studies. Territory Manager Responsible for enabling the commercial performance of distribution partners by providing clinical support and training on Aerogen products to end users. Leverage deep knowledge, nurture relationships with existing customers, follow up and develop new opportunities, and communicate the value of Aerogen products to overcome clinical and commercial barriers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
