### Bilingual Receptionist (English & Spanish Fluency Required)**Overview:** Our commercial janitorial company is looking for a temporary full time (Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:30, Friday 8am-5pm) fully bilingual (Spanish and English) receptionist to join our Human Resources team, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Must be friendly, reliable, computer savvy, multi-tasker, detail oriented and have a professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette. We are looking for a "people person" who shines at the front desk.**Responsibilities:*** Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/process* Assist job candidates with various stages of the application and hiring process* Answer phones, take messages or transfer calls* Assist with day-to-day office maintenance* Perform data entry* Copying/faxing/scanning* Receive and distribute mail, messages, and packages* Perform other duties as assigned**Requirements:*** Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar office role.* Spanish fluency is required* Experience working with MS Office Suite (Excel, outlook, word, PowerPoint)* Must be comfortable speaking with people of various backgrounds* Must be self-driven, motivated, and able to work with little supervision* Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment* Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material* Reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic* Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift objects up to 25lbs.* Presents a neat and professional appearance* Must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States* Must successfully pass a 7-year criminal background check once a conditional job offer has been received**Schedule:**In office: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm**Pay**We are looking to move forward and fill this position quickly.
