Express Employment Professionals in Round Rock is seeking an energetic, professional, and fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our front office team. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days are the same.

The ideal candidate thrives while multitasking, confidently handling in-person applicants and a busy phone line simultaneously, and understands the importance of strong customer service in a staffing environment.

This position is often the first point of contact for applicants and clients, making professionalism, urgency, and accuracy essential.

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in applicants and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, assessing caller needs and providing accurate information or direction in a high-volume environment, ensuring calls are answered within three rings
• Toggle seamlessly between in-person front-desk traffic and a high-volume, multi-line phone system
• Assist candidates with completing online job applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Conduct initial applicant intake and screening
• Schedule interviews and update recruiter calendars
• Maintain organized filing systems and perform general clerical duties
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service to applicants, associates, and client companies

Requirements:

• Bilingual required – must be able to read, and speak Spanish fluently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
