Job Description

GG Media is seeking a motivated and personable Market Development Representative to join our Nashville team.

In this role, you will support the development of new market opportunities by engaging with prospective customers, representing client offerings, identifying customer needs, and helping strengthen relationships within assigned markets.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and wants to build transferable skills in business development, customer engagement, sales, and market strategy.

You will work closely with team leaders and receive ongoing guidance designed to help you understand our campaigns, develop your professional abilities, and take on greater responsibilities as you progress.

Responsibilities

• Represent GG Media and its clients in a professional and engaging manner.
• Engage with prospective customers and introduce relevant products, services, and solutions.
• Identify customer needs and communicate key information clearly and effectively.
• Support initiatives designed to develop new markets and expand customer reach.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Assist with customer acquisition and business development activities.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to the internal team.
• Maintain accurate information regarding customer interactions and campaign activity.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and organizational objectives.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of client offerings, market positioning, and customer expectations.
• Contribute ideas that may improve customer engagement and overall campaign performance.
