Build relationships with founders, VCs and senior executives. Identify and headhunt exceptional talent. Manage searches from first conversation through to offer. Build your own market and personal brand. Earn uncapped commission with no ceiling on what you can make. What we're looking for At least 1 year in a sales or target-driven role.
