Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They work within organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth, and ensure high standards of practice while coordinating care activities of assigned staff to deliver quality care.
