- Provide administrative and operational support for daily project activities.
- Enter, review, analyze, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems.
- Generate reports and assist with data tracking and recordkeeping.
- Identify discrepancies and help resolve data accuracy issues.
- Communicate with supervisors and business partners to support project needs.
- Assist with process improvements and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in office administration, data management, or administrative project support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience navigating multiple computer systems and generating reports.
- Proficiency with Workday, HCM platforms, Kronos, or Etime highly preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
