Assistant Project Manager

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Location: Muleshoe, Texas Type: 12 months Contract Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour Work Model: Onsite – onsite Responsibilities Support project execution during construction of multiple large wind farm projects, including reviewing drawings and participating in design and construction meetings pre-build Coordinate with internal teams such as materials, sourcing, and project managers to ensure smooth project flow Provide on-site oversight, helping to resolve day‑to‑day issues and ensuring safety compliance on active construction sites Assist in reviewing project documentation, updating schedules, and facilitating communication among stakeholders Support project research, status reporting, and documentation efforts to ensure timely project delivery Requirements Minimum of 5 years of project management or construction experience, preferably in utility‑scale or wind energy projects Strong on‑site project experience with exposure to construction environments and safety protocols Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic settings Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools Preferred: PMP certification, wind/turbine experience, engineering background, utility industry or industrial construction experience Background in construction engineering or industrial projects is highly desirable System One offers eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, as well as participation in a 401(k) plan.
