About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them navigate policy questions, billing concerns, coverage changes, and general inquiries. You’ll support agents, maintain accurate records, and ensure every customer feels valued and understood. This is an in-office position, servicing clients in person, and over the phone.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience is Required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask .
• A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver.
• Tech-savvy with typing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone and office etiquette .
