Experience: Prior orthopedic surgery experience preferred
Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (discussed upon application)

What You ll Do

Provide urgent orthopedic surgery coverage during scheduled weekends and dates
Collaborate with the primary care team to manage surgical needs and support patient care
Assist with surgical procedures as required during assigned shifts
Ensure continuity of care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Communicate effectively with staff and patients to support treatment plans

What You Need

Valid medical license in North Carolina
Prior orthopedic surgery or related experience
Ability to work flexible, weekend shifts on short notice
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally
