Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial/Healthcare

This position is for a corporate generalist with health law experience who can address legal issues from a commercial perspective. Primary responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts of many types and counseling internal clients on a broad range of business, compliance, healthcare and regulatory (Federal and State) matters. The Sr Corporate Counsel will serve as a key strategic partner to our Commercial team.Salary Range: $190,000 to $230,000/year + 25% Annual Incentive Plan + LTI Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
