Opportunity to grow and learn are in abundance and we look forward to adding you to our team of professionals!Position Responsibilities:Support key external and internal clientsAble to manage multiple, concurrent projects and deliverablesPlay an important role in Vanbridge's growth and management, as applicable, ensuring connectivity across all communications while guiding and supporting partners in strategy and execution.Strong Aptitude in technologyExperience and knowledge with AI, Claude and other toolsHighly analytical with strong problem-solving skillsHighly customer-focused with the ability to think strategically and provide a clear vision that promotes team collaborationAdept at excelling in a fast-paced environment with changing business priorities and technological needsClient Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.Policy Analysis: Analyze various life insurance policies to determine the best fit for clients' financial plans.Recommendations: Provide tailored recommendations on life insurance policies that align with clients' objectives.Policy Management: Assist clients with the application process, policy management, and any necessary adjustments to their coverage.Education: Educate clients on the benefits and features of different annuity and life insurance solutions.Compliance: Ensure all recommendations and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.Collaboration: Work closely with advisors and other team members to integrate annuity and life insurance solutions into comprehensive financial plans.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.Comprehensive understanding of the life insurance industry and individual life products, including UL, IUL, VUL, Term, WL and the necessary product illustration systems.Preparation for client meetings, including paperwork, and preparing presentation materialsPrepares and delivers correspondence and other client communicationWork collaboratively with Advisors throughout the planning process to ensure completed accurately and promptlyWork proactively in all facets of the role, consistently seeking out new opportunitiesProactively work with and respond to clients professionally.Be aware of and maintain Carrier product information, rate changes and rulesDesired Skills and Experience Requirements:Minimum two-three years of related experienceExperience in insurance and financial servicesBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceExperts in life portfolioLife, Health, FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 (a plus or obtain within 90 days).Working knowledge of Insurance industry softwareAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityEnthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client serviceProven track record with cross-training, task-sharing and mutually supportive teamworkMust be able to innovative, pro-actively manage time and follow through to complete tasksProven experience working in client support, portfolio management, relationship management or paraplanner role, within the financial services industryDiplomacy and strong business acumen with proven experience positively influencing others and developing and improving business processes.Advanced computer skills and proficiency in AI, Claude, Microsoft Office products and CRM applicationsHighly organized and project management skills required; ability to shift and reorganize in order to accommodate changeAbility to prioritize workflow and requests for deliverables based on stated needs of advisor and client relationships and their meaningfulness and impact to the success of the business unit.Equivalent level of passion pertaining to the success of the team and his/her colleagues in comparison to one's own desired career path and measure of success, i.e. team player first.Ability to portray confidence, persuasiveness, and credibility over the phone, in virtual meetings and potentially in person.COMPENSATION:The national average salary for this role is $75 000.00 - $90 000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
