Fractional Payments Operations & Product Implementation Lead

Kadima Payments is seeking a Fractional Director to own payments operations, merchant onboarding, and SaaS implementation. The role requires coordinating across product, engineering, sales and customer success, while driving process improvements and onboarding excellence.

Work closely with Kadima's founder to scale fintech SaaS initiatives, with remote US hours aligned to Pacific Time. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-growing environment.
