Quality Inspector

Join Thermal Engineering International (USA) Inc. as a Quality NDE Inspector for the 2nd shift. Some of the responsibilities are to ensure manufacturing quality through nondestructive testing methods. Use of techniques like Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Dye Penetrant, Radiographic Testing, and Visual Inspection to verify compliance with industry codes (ASME, AWS) and company standards. Document inspections, collaborate with teams to resolve issues, participate in audits, and maintain calibration of equipment. Contribute to a safety and quality-focused environment. High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Minimum 5 years’ experience of relevant NDE, inspection, or quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in blueprint reading ASNT-TC-1A Level II Bubble Leak Testing ASNT-TC-1A Level II Dye Penetrant Testing ASNT-TC-1A Level II Magnetic Particle Examination ASNT-TC-1A Visual Inspection with Dimensional Inspection ASNT-TC-1A Level II Ultrasonic Testing ASNT-TC-1A Radiographic Testing Level I or Level II Other Physical Requirements: Vision (Near, Distance, Color, Depth Perception) To provide greater transparency to candidates, we include base pay ranges for all US-based job postings that encompass all potential locations and levels for the open positions.
