At BWH, Surgical Techs are key members of the OB surgical team, assisting with: Cesarean sections, Emergency C-sections, Postpartum hemorrhage procedures, D&C procedures, Tubal ligations, Complex maternal-fetal surgeries. You'll work alongside OB surgeons, anesthesia, NICU, nursing, and physician teams in a collaborative academic medical center known for advanced maternal care.

Qualifications

CST Certification required
2+ years Surgical Tech experience preferred
Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Certifications
BLS preferred
CST NBSTSA required
