Residential Property Manager (New York City Metropolitan Area)

We are seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 200-unit portfolio in NYC.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations and resident relations.
- Supervise maintenance staff and outside vendors.
- Oversee building maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Prepare and manage budgets, approve invoices, and monitor expenses.
- Ensure rent collection and compliance with NYC housing regulations.
- Respond to resident concerns and provide regular reports to ownership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5+ years of residential property management experience in NYC.
- Experience managing multifamily properties.
- Strong budgeting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar).
