LeaderStat is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to provide leadership and strategic direction for a healthcare organization in Columbus, Ohio .

This is an opportunity for a hands-on healthcare leader who enjoys improving operations, developing teams, and creating an environment where high-quality patient care and strong organizational performance go hand in hand.

The Director of Operations will play an important role in guiding the organization's strategic direction, optimizing day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and helping drive continued improvements in patient care and overall performance.

What You'll Do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization
• Help establish and execute operational goals and priorities
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and overall performance
• Support high standards of patient care and service delivery
• Develop, engage, and support staff at all levels
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable organizational culture
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Partner with leadership and key stakeholders on organizational initiatives
• Use sound judgment and data to make operational decisions
• Address challenges proactively and develop practical solutions
• Help ensure the organization is positioned for continued growth and success

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a Business Operations Manager or similar operations leadership role
• Healthcare management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and engage employees at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements
• Commitment to quality patient care and positive patient outcomes
