Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Operations responsible for driving day-to-day operations, overseeing clinical trials, and ensuring protocol compliance and quality management throughout site network locations. The candidate will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, manage finances and resources, and develop strategic institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational leadership, trial throughput, and quality management across site network locations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary team, including APPs, PIs, Sub-I, CRCs, a QA/QC Specialist, and a Part-Time Accountant.
• Oversee clinical trials, recruitment strategies, protocol timelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage site budgets, trial profitability, resource allocation, and team productivity.
• Leverage site network expertise to expand trial pipelines, optimize workflows, and build strategic relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed as Sub-Investigator (Sub-I), Principal Investigator (PI), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Clinical background and therapeutic experience in Hepatology and Chronic Diseases
• 4 years of experience overseeing clinical trials and management workflows
• Direct experience in a site network environment
• Proven track record in office management, clinical staff oversight, and team leadership
• Ability to split time between multiple site locations

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trial leadership and management
