We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Internal Recruitment team in Houston , playing a key role in attracting high‑quality talent across sales and corporate support functions. What you’ll be doing: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support hiring managers with active vacancies across the region. Job Marketing: Create, publish, and manage job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms. Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage candidates aligned to current hiring needs. Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to support workforce growth across the business. Candidate Submissions: Share CVs and interview feedback with hiring managers within agreed service levels. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the interview process. Feedback Management: Collect and relay interview feedback to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. What We’re Looking For: Recruitment Expertise: At least 3 years’ experience in agency or in‑house recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires. Market Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment across varied markets and industries, with the ability to adapt your approach accordingly. Communication Skills: Confident, professional communicator able to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation. Self-Starter: Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards.
