Commercial Lead (US)

Role Description As the Commercial Lead (US), you will drive Founteyn’s commercial strategy and execution in the US market. In this full-time hybrid role based in the US, with flexibility to work from home part of the week, you will own the full commercial cycle: from identifying target accounts to closing deals and nurturing long-term partnerships. Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing a sales pipeline, conducting prospect meetings and demos, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to implementation. You will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align go-to-market activities, improve customer journeys, and ensure a consistent brand experience. You will also analyze performance data, forecast revenue, and provide feedback from the field to shape product development and market strategy. Required Experience Commercial operations, sales & channel management, distributor management, customer services, scale-up execution experience, preferably in the foodservices or beverage industries. Strong commercial, analytical and KPI-driven mindset. Proven experience in customer service and account management, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships. Demonstrated success in sales, including pipeline management, deal negotiation, and closing complex B2B opportunities. Experience with purchasing or procurement processes, and the ability to navigate client buying cycles and stakeholders. Background in B2B or workplace solutions, ideally in facilities, hospitality, or related sectors, is an advantage. Comfort working in a fast-moving, scaling environment and collaborating across functions and time zones. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Execution-oriented, highly organized, data-driven, customer-focused, strong commercial project manager, excellent communicator. Career Path Potential progression to Head of Commercial Operations, VP Commercial Operations, Head of US, Commercial or General Manager roles. This role converts strategic commercial partnerships (distributors and beverage partners) and growth plans into measurable commercial results, installed-base growth and recurring revenue generation.
