AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to support our sales, customer service, marketing, and daily business operations.

This is an entry-level position with paid training . Previous management, sales, or automotive experience is not required. We are looking for dependable candidates who are comfortable communicating with customers, willing to learn, and interested in developing professional skills.

The position provides hands-on experience in customer service and sales, with opportunities to learn additional business and leadership responsibilities as you gain experience.

$36,400 – $54,600 per year

• Assist customers with questions about auto glass repair, windshield replacement, and related vehicle services

• Communicate with customers professionally by phone and in person

• Explain available services and help customers determine the appropriate next steps

• Schedule customer appointments

• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs

• Assist with customer outreach and marketing activities

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow company procedures

• Provide a professional and positive customer experience

• Work with team members to meet daily business and customer service goals

• Learn sales, customer service, and business operations procedures

• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed

• Develop communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Take on additional responsibilities as training and experience increase

• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Willingness to learn company procedures and receive feedback

Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other experience working with the public may be helpful but is not required.
