Compensation & Benefits Overnight shift premium +$1 (11pm-7am) Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits available for team members working 25+ hours per week, including medical, dental, vision, and more Paid time off eligibility for those working 32+ hours per week A dynamic, fast-paced environment where passion for hospitality, teamwork, and excellence thrives What You'll Do Prepare a variety of baked items, including pastries, breads, cakes, tarts, and cookies, according to established recipes Mix dough, shape bread loaves and rolls, and prep ingredients for next-day production Decorate cakes, pastries, and platters, including adding fillings and finishing touches Maintain a clean, organized bakery station and follow all food safety and procedures Monitor inventory of supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Ensure freshness, consistency, and high-quality presentation of all baked goods Package and store baked items properly while collaborating with the Executive Chef and kitchen team as needed Qualifications 2+ years of high-volume baking experience in restaurants, hotels, or similar hospitality settings Strong knowledge of scratch baking methods, techniques, and specialty ingredients Exceptional attention to detail, pride in your work, and commitment to quality Excellent sanitation, organizational, and time-management skills Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly and work overnight shifts reliably with minimal supervision Culinary degree or formal training preferred but not required The Global Ambassador is an Equal Opportunity & E-Verify Employer.
