Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, and providing exceptional customer service to library patrons. You will also assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed. Your expected schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate special library events. Collaboration with fellow team members is essential, as you will be working in tandem to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for everyone who visits.To thrive as a Library Cafe Barista, you will need a blend of interpersonal and practical skills.
