Substitute Paraprofessional
Position: Under the direct supervision of a certified staff member, assist certified professional staff with students in the classroom to meet instructional goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of 60 college level credits preferred but not required.
- Prior experience working with special needs children desirable.
In addition to Board of Education approval and the completion of required documentation, see below for requirements to be a substitute at Franklin Borough School:
- Complete Criminal History Review with the Office of Student Protection.
- Provide Documentation of Mantoux test with date and results. Please provide your most recent Mantoux/TB result per guidance from the NJ DOE: when this test was done.
Compensation: $110 per day, not benefit eligible.
