Overtime is required when mandated. All positions will train on first shift before going to the off shift. (Will be performed within 2 weeks of employment)Okay training on 1st shift (6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) then transferring to either weekend days or weekend nights.Troubleshooting experience is preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lift containers up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and work in physically demanding environments.Capability to work with various chemicals, such as zinc, caustic, and acids.Willingness to work 12+ hour shifts, including weekends.Work environment:This position requires working in an industrial environment where safety is a priority.
